A SCI-FI THRILLER
By Sami Bsoul
Seventy-two hours to save a life. A lifetime of memories at stake.
How do you hold on to someone who is slowly losing the memories that connect them to you?
There is a hotel somewhere in the desert. Perhaps you have passed it without noticing. Perhaps it appears only when you need it most.
The lights are warm. The doors are open. And people arrive carrying stories they cannot tell anywhere else.
You can memorize a language and still miss what someone is saying.
A girl stands at the Western Wall with a tiny note and an impossible request. A father tells his son, “I’m listening.” Two friends argue. Someone is late. Someone says something so typically Israeli that you laugh before you realize you understood it.
